I am a clinical psychologist based in Windsor, Melbourne, working with adults and older adolescents.

I work with people experiencing relationship difficulties, including finding themselves in similar relational dynamics over time, or having problems connecting with others. I also work with people adjusting to life following critical illness/injury and hospitalisation, including recovery after intensive care (ICU).

I have a particular interest in psychological adjustment following hospitalisation, and the impact this can have on both patients, and those close to them. I am registered with the TAC.

I also see people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, problems with low self-esteem and self-criticism, burnout, and difficulties adjusting to change.

I understand that coming to therapy can feel daunting, especially if you have been managing things on your own for some time or are unsure what to expect. You are welcome to get in touch to see if we might be a good fit.

Appointments are available on Mondays and Fridays at my rooms in Windsor. Telehealth (Zoom) is also available.
